Dear Wonderful Families,

As we embrace the beauty of September and the changing of the seasons, let’s take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey of parenthood, especially during those dynamic months when your baby is between 3 to 6 months old. This period is filled with milestones, challenges, and heartwarming moments that shape both you and your little one. Whether you’re navigating sleep regressions, introducing solid foods, or managing the transition back to work, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Keep an eye on my blog and podcast because I will be expanding on each of the following topics with it's own blog post and podcast episode.

Tips for Months 3-6

🌟 Sleep Regression: Many babies experience sleep regressions around this age due to developmental changes. To help your little one (and yourself!) get the rest you need, it’s crucial to stay consistent with bedtime routines and provide comfort during nighttime wake-ups. If sleep is a struggle, I offer a training program on sleep foundations to guide you through these tricky phases. Remember, if you’re not ready for full sleep training, I can support you with gentle methods to help everyone get more rest. Feel free to set up a 15-minute call to see how we can help your little one get the best sleep. I can even offer a 25% discount for email subscribers who sign up for sleep training.

🌟 Introducing Foods: As your baby nears six months, it’s time to start thinking about introducing solid foods. Begin with simple purees or soft, easily digestible foods, and watch for any signs of allergies or sensitivities. As your baby grows, you can gradually increase the variety and texture of the foods you offer.

🌟 Breastfeeding and Formula Transition: If you’re considering transitioning from breastfeeding to formula feeding, know that it’s a personal decision, and you’re not alone. Whether you’re looking for guidance on how to transition or need information on formula options, I’m here to help you make the best choice for you and your baby.

🌟 Returning to Work: Transitioning back to work after maternity leave is a major milestone, and it’s natural to feel a mix of emotions. Be gentle with yourself as you adjust to this new routine, and don’t hesitate to lean on your support network. Whether it’s asking for help with childcare, delegating household tasks, or exploring flexible work arrangements, remember that you’re not alone in this.

She provided invaluable sleep advice for both the baby and toddler and helped me develop routines and a schedule for them both. Prior to working together, I would often get 2-4 hours of sleep a night. Implementing her suggestions and ideas immediately brought that up to 6-7 hours. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and relished the time we worked together and her care.
